Hi! My name is Swara Ketkar. I’m a senior in high school from New Jersey. During my free time I used to make treasure hunts for my little brother to keep him entertained and teach him math. After gaining a lot of enthusiasm from his friends I decided to create The Treasure Hunt Club to share this joy of adventure and learning with the community. Since starting this initiative we’ve partnered with 5 libraries and 2 parks to share these treasure hunts. Sustainability has also become a major goal in making these treasure hunts. From recycling bottle caps to make gold coins to collecting old cardboard to make the Treasure Hunt Maps, I’m always looking for new and innovative ways to improve these hunts.
